Our Kickboxing began as a class at the Rammed Earth Dojo on a weekend morning sometime in 2011 . Our skills and knowledge have improved since then. Many influences are drawn on to help develop skills while having some fun with it. Our most dedicated members love to hit things and their skill development shows.

If you like High Intensity Training, then you will like this. Absolute beginners with no experience welcome! Come train with us for an amazing workout!
Regular Class Breakdown: Warm up by joint mobilization, skipping or low impact exercises followed by the warm up. Classes usually cover technical or timed hit mitt or kicking shield drills. Gloves and wraps recommended. Sparring optional.
